Is anyone aware of any hospital Emergency Departments who allow phlebotomists to perform waived Clinitek UA testing ?

We have phlebotomists performing both fngerstick glucoses and clinitek status+ urine dips in our outpatient collection sites. They have at least a high school diploma and have documented initial training with annual competencies on file. We monitor their QC and patient testing through RALS.
There are patient care assistants and patient care technicians in our ED that perform waived UA testing. Our ED does not have phlebotomists stationed there although when paged they will go there and draw blood if need be.
We don't have phlebotomists assigned to the ED, but we have patient care techs (unlicensed staff) who perform waived testing. They have initial training and annual competency assessments.
We have EMTs that work as aides in the ER run urine dipsticks. They also run waived HIV, Group A Strep, and urine hCGs.
If 'phlebotomist' is the position title in the question, then no we do not have phlebotomists per se do waived testing (because we don't have 'phlebotomist' as staffing positions in ED). Non-licensed, meeting CLIA criteria for waived testing, employees do perform waived testing in ED/ER.
