We recently began using the Avoximeter 1000E in our Cath Lab.  I would like to create an IQCP, but I have never done it before.  Does anyone have one they could share with me or any helpful tips.  Thank you!

I believe you need to do your own Risk Assessment first. You can do this by using e-optimizer. https://iqcpez.compwalk.com

Thank you for the information!

We just recently got an Avox 1000E also and created an IQCP plan that I could share with you. Can you send me your email, and I will send it to you. I also have a great risk assessment tool from Werfen specific for the AVOX I can send.

That would be very helpful.  I don't recall the implementation specialist mentioning that Werfen could provide me with a risk assessment tool.  My email is aharrison@hhsnj.org.  Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Here is the IQCP guidelines for AVOX I got a few years ago from Werfen (Accriva at the time).  I actually never pursued it because the department's use is sporadic and it's actually easier to just do liquid QC each day of use than to bother with an IQCP.
