EPOC AMR Verification

What product are EPOC users using for their biannual AMR verification?
I use Eurotrol Calibration Verification Fluids, but find that most lot numbers do not contain a low enough level to validate the AMR claims for pO2 of 5-750. Generally the lowest level is around 40 +/- 20. I changed the lower limit for pO2 to 20, but I've noticed quite a few patient samples reading <20, and then it also does not calculate the sO2. I've had no provider complaints and it may not be clinically significant, but I'm curious if others are doing the same.
I got "dinged" on a CAP inspection a few years ago because the pCO2 range was not high enough to verify the EPOC AMR claim of 250. I lowered our reportable range to 150 because the Eurotrol Cal Ver fluid generally reaches ~140.

We don't have EPOCs, but eurotrol makes a CueSee Hypoxic specifically for validating the extreme low pO2 blood gas measurements. We use it to verify the AMR on our RapidPoints. We usually can get a pO2 around 15 mmHg.
We use the Eurotrol Hypoxic and Hyperbaric. If you look on the EPOC system range sheets, those products are listed by lot# with an expected range. We also set our pCO2 value lower after the first couple of AMR's we did were not close to the 250 mark.
We also use Eurotrol hypoxic and hyperbaric controls.
I have a question for those using the Hyperbaric and Hypoxic QC-- How do you use them, and how often? Do you use them as additional levels when doing linearities, or are they part of your regularly-run QC?
I only use the Hypo and Hyper during the six month verification check. I don't use it for replacement readers as not required by Siemens to verify the reader works.
