Clearing Data - Roche Accuchek Inform II Meters

We just switched from the Roche Accuchek Inform II meters to the Nova StatStrip meters last week. Does anyone know how to clear all data from the Roche meters? Calling Roche is on my to do list, I just haven't had a chance yet. And I was hoping for a quick answer here instead of a long phone call with them!

Do you have RALS or another data management system? In RALS you can right click and select delete memory - once the meter downloads it will remove all patient info.
If you were using Cobas with your Roche meters there is no way to clear the data from them. I have called Roche about this as well. Therefore I do not return any meters to Roche and my IT department disposes of them properly due to the patient information still on them.
We were using the Cobas IT1000 and Telcor QML.
I was able to figure out how to remove the information from the meter. I had to make a change in the Cobas IT1000 instrument configuration.

Lois - In the Cobas IT1000 software, I had to adjust each of the different instrument configurations. I would select the configuration and under Instrument, I changed Result Memory from First In First Out to Time Frame (Days). For my purpose I made it 1 day. I now have to dock each meter and then it removed the results from the meter. Hopefully this makes sense.
