POCC workload justification

We are trying to justify adding an additional POCC. We are trying to figure out a way to quantify our workload. I would appreciate it if anyone who has been through this process would email me off-line. Thank you.

I am looking for info on this as well as we will be expanding our ambulatory sites greatly in the next few years. I would appreciate the same guidance.
