How do you handle competencies for PRN employees, waived and non-waived?
Do you give a grace period for these employees, or do you make them get "retrained" when they come back?

I am more strict with the 6 month and 12 month competencies for non-waived tests, but for annuals on both waived and non-waived I will give them the calendar year before they have to be retrained.
