Nova Statstrip Downtime override increasing

Hi all,
We had a novanet upgrade a couple of months ago and have seen an increase in downtime overrides. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes. We have been having this issue for a quite a while now. They just upgraded our Novanet to SP13 today in hopes to fix the issue.

Yes, we upgraded to SP13 just today. SP12 did not process our ADT messages as expected and inpatients were being auto-discharged.

Yes, we had this same issue since we upgraded NovaNet early July. They had to get the developers to install a patch as there was exceptions in Novanet ADT that were causing error messages. This was last week they installed the patch. So far, I haven't seen any downtimes this week and ADT is working fine.

I am guessing SP 13 has this patch. They were working on this for about a month.
