NICU Analyzer

We are looking to update our NICU analyzers and am looking for some suggestions.  Currently we are using the ABL 800, but this does require a LOT of maintenance and blood.  What does everyone else use and what are your opinions?  We would like to have tBIL and Crea still if possible.

Thanks!

I-Stat EC8 and white CG4 cartridges. Less blood. Sorry about the tBil though....that is sent to main lab.

We have ABL90s. They have TBIL, but Radiometer is awaiting FDA approval for Creat.

We have Nova Prime Plus and Siemens Epocs in NICU.  Neither have tBIL.  Both have creat.
Prime Plus also has co-oximetry which is required in our NICU and iMg too.

We use RapidPoint 500e in one of our NICUs. It does blood gas, metabolites, and nBILI. We are happy with it; not much blood needed and easy to maintain.
Other sites use the GEM5000. Equally small specimen and easy to maintain. They also can do nBILI, blood gas, and metabolites.
Neither of those does creatinine. The only device I know that does creatinine along with blood gas is the Werfen ChemSTAT. However, they do not do nBILI.

When reading online it says that Prime Plus does have tBIL... is this something they recently added or is it overseas?  NM, I just read it isn't in the US yet for tBIL.
