Delegation Policy for competency assessments

Does anyone have a delegation policy or chart for instances where employees other than the POCT Manager are the ones assessing competency for non-waived testing personnel that they are willing to share? I know the employees must meet the requirements of a Technical Consultant in order to be able to perform this task. I was just wondering if anyone has an actual policy in place for this or just a form signed by the Medical Lab Director indicating who can assess competency. If you do have a policy, is it a separate policy from your laboratory delegation policy for POCT or are they all included together?
