Shared testing personnel

Aloha all,
We will possibly be having shared testing personnel between sister hospitals (different CLIA#), could you please share your process on training and competency on waived platforms for testing personnel that float to different locations? For example, do you complete an initial training at one site, then do a competency assessment at the other site? Or do you complete initial training and at one site and give them access to all facilities? We are TJC accredited.

We are also TJC for WT. I asked for specific clarification several years ago (early days of pandemic) for their interpretation of competency assessment per CLIA#.
FYI our WT competency assessment is not an 'automatic/electronic' recert process - paper is involved. Not considering sharing staff across clinics, we have 4 hospitals that potentially share testing personnel (inpatient, ED, Radiology) performing WT.
Based on the statement I received from TJC Standards, we set up our 'check-off'/validation tool to include a section that allows for multiple 'check-offs'/sign-offs for multiple CLIA#s/testing sites.
We allow one online quiz (passing is 100%) and POC Operator prints/attaches the transcript to the check-off/validation tool.
Since some of our WT is not via connected devices, e.g. urine dip sticks, each testing site is to 'add' the shared testing personnel to their testing site WT POC roster. Our WT Program is so large we do not maintain each testing sites' list of testing personnel through our POC Lab. Each testing site is responsible for who is testing and that they are confirmed 'competent'. That also includes 'Float Pool' staff as they come in to help out an inpatient/clinic and get oriented to that 'new' space/environment.
Hope this helps. Mahalo and warm wishes :-).
