Urine dipstick hemoglobin for the MH (malignant hyperthermia) cart

Does anyone have experience with this? I assume this does fall under POCT and will require all the normal standards for urine dipstick testing (QC, training, competency, proficiency testing, etc).
How do you manage the training/competency when the cart could potentially be used by anyone in anesthesia and surgical services? Also, there would need to be a QC log and patient log as well, correct?

Said: We also use MTS.org We are not performing KOH preps. We use the site for training and competency for vaginal wet mount. Other sites in our organization use it for other test systems.
