Blind sample portion of competency for Medtronic ACT Plus instrument

We have been using the liquid QC and running this as a blind sample during competency for employees on the ACT Plus instrument. I'm finding that this really goes through a lot of QC material when doing this and would like to know what others are using for a blind sample. We have a total of 40 employees who perform this testing so they would all need to run the sample. Anyone have any other ideas on what we could use other than the liquid QC to accomplish this?
