TJC laboratory standards

Does anyone know if there is a way to "Preview" the Joint commission standards for laboratory testing? With TJC ending their agreement with COLA, one of our offices is more than likely going to have to switch to TJC as their accrediting agency. The site only performs 1 moderate complexity test (Creatinine/GFR). I have tried looking up standards for TJC but am having no luck other than ordering the entire laboratory accreditation manual. Temperature Corrected pO2 on Radiometer ABL90

I'm looking for some information on what others might be doing. We recently switched from a gas method that had wide ranges for hemoglobin fractions to a new method that has a narrower range and can give a <1 value. This makes getting a temperature corrected value difficult when using the formula that includes values for the fractions (carboxy or met-hemoglobin).

To those that use ABL90s: Are you temperature correcting? What formula (of the three options) are you using.

Temperature monitoring during transport

We have a transport team that travels with Siemens EPOC. The card, capillary tubes and EPOC are to be kept between 59-86F. Anyone with ideas on monitoring and documenting the temperatures, also what type of container do you use to transport the EPOC and supplies.
