Nova Glucose Testing Comment Requirements

We will be switching to the Nova StatStrip glucose meters by the end of the year. I am working on writing the procedure for testing.

We currently require operators to send confirmation sample to main lab if glucose result is above range of meter unless they are on DKA or Hyperglycemic protocol. And then they would need to put a comment in meter indicating patient is on these protocols. We also require a comment when repeating patient test...

Temperature/Humidity documentation in Flight

Hi Everyone,
Just reaching out to see what people are doing for temp/humidity monitoring and documentation on aircrafts or other mobile units that perform POC testing.
We are working on getting iSTAT testing set up for our Airmed team and working through how to monitor the iSTAT reagents when they are stored on the aircraft and during flight.
Any help is appreciated.
